What about your guarantee?

Simple. You must be happy or you return it within 7 days of the invoice. You must email us to get a return authorization. Items damaged in shipment must be reported to the carrier when you receive them and they will take care of the details. Please see our policies page - return policy.

 

Where will my order ship from an how long will it take?

We work with three warehouses around the country. We have them ship directly to you. We do this for two reasons - our suppliers generally get volume freight discounts that we don't and we can avoid the extra costs of shipping from them to us then us to you. It saves you money. Unless noted in the product description most items will ship within two to three business days. On rare occasion there may be a temporary out of stock situation. We will let you know so you can decide if you want to wait.

What about free freight?

These products have a free delivery incentive. Let's face it, freight is a business expense and is always factored into the cost. In any case, free freight only applies to the continental US. Shipping to other locations will usually incur additional cost. We will always advise you of those costs before processing your order. Please see our policies page - ordering and shipping. 

 

How do you ship?

We pick the least expensive way for you. Usually that will be UPS ground although you can select rush or priority if you wish. Large orders or heavy products may go common carrier. Our free shipping offer applies to the least expensive way.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. Please email us with your product selection and your complete address and we we will get a freight quote before you enter your order. Please see our policies page - ordering and shipping.
