We want you to purchase anything from us with confidence. You'll find our product descriptions are as complete as possible. We feel that the more you know about a product, the more likely you are to like it.
You have 7 days from the date of the invoice to decide if -
- it is what you expected
- it fits your needs
- it is what you want
If, upon viewing an item, you're not happy, just return it to us in the condition you received it. Email us for a return authorization and shipping instructions. No explanation of why you are returning it is necessary, but we'd like to know if it's something on our part.
Send it prepaid, insured, in new, unused condition with its original parts, instructions, packaging, and your invoice (or a copy) within 7 days of the date on the original invoice. We will inspect it and if it is in resalable condition your purchase price will be promptly refunded (it may take a couple of days to show on your statement).
Items that do not meet these few conditions will be subject to a restocking fee or, at the Company's option, returned to you without a refund. Shipping costs on any package returned to you will be charged to your account.
Backorder Policy
When there is an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item is expected to arrive within 5 working days of the date of your order.
If we don't anticipate being able to ship quickly enough to meet the 5-working day limit, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out-of-stock items priced over $15.00 will be treated as a backorder unless you request that we not ship backorders. Out-of-stock items priced under $15.00 will be deleted from the order, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.
For standard-sized backordered items, freight will be calculated on the entire order, charged on the first part, and the backordered items will be sent as quickly as possible with no additional freight charges. Oversized-backordered items will be charged the actual freight when they are shipped.
If we don't anticipate re-stock of an item in a reasonable amount of time, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.
Discontinued items will, of course, not be shipped.
Ordering and Shipping Policies
For the continental US please use our online checkout. This generates both freight and credit card authorization. Some spam filters may block automatic confirmations so we will also send a manual confirmation.
- Freight policies regarding free delivery or flat rate shipping apply only to the continental United States.
Outside of the continental US please email us with your order details so we can get accurate freight and duty charges. We need your complete shipping address, email address, and items you wish to buy. We will email you with the total cost. For your security you may wish to call (24 hour voice mail 1-888-893-8789) or fax us (1-800-681-1850) with your credit card information or you can email it. We need your name as it appears on the card, card number, expiration date, and the 3 or 4 digit security numbers from the back.
We will strive to select the most reliable and lowest cost way to get your order to you. In most cases this will probably be UPS or FedEx ground. Large or heavy orders may be shipped common carrier. You have the option of selecting other methods such as rush or priority.
Damaged Goods Policy
If a package appears to have obvious damage on the outside which may affect the product inside, please refuse shipment at your door or ask the carrier to note the damage on his shipping manifest and email our customer service department within 24 hours to report any damage sustained. This important so that we have your written notification. If you find damage subsequent to delivery, save all of the packaging and packing materials and email our customer service department within 24 hours (1 business day) of receipt. customerservice@katsrule.com
Inspection prior to acceptance is particularly important for large items shipped by Motor Freight carriers. You must inspect the delivered item for damage (both external and not visible from the outside) upon receipt of the merchandise. That requires removing any shrink wrapping, cardboard or other packing materials so that all aspects can be inspected. Any damage should be noted on the carrier's acceptance report, and such damage reported to customerservice@katsrule.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once the product is accepted by you without notation of damage, damage incurred becomes your responsibility.
In all cases of damage, save all of the packaging and packing materials and email our customer service department within 24 hours (1 business day) of receipt.
